• Supply, Install, Test and Commissioning of Fixed Inner Panel with Brackets for Monitors with Main Panel for Room R1 to R20.

• The prototype of the fixed inner panels with brackets for monitors and main panel is chargeable as price quoted even in an event of change in design and requirement.

• Fabrication of the panels for the whole project is based on drawing and after site test approval by client.

• Existing fixtures such as door arm, hinges and lock will be re-use unless site situation does not permit.

• The above quote excludes IAQ test, cleaning service, or other testing service.

• The provision of the frame shall base on the selected models of 22″ & 32″ monitor.

• Monitor shall be free-issue to ensure proper & correct mounting position and proper fixing.

• The planned installation schedule shall be based on the availabilities of the OT rooms.

• Exclude wiring installation/termination, trunking, any other work rectification, technical drawing or relocation of other services to facilitate the modification or rectification work.
